At Crafts by Kenz, each kit is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at craftsbykenzclub@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to provide a replacement for any damaged or missing components when applicable.
